How big of a party can I book in the Private Lounge?
The Private Lounge can accommodate up to 20 guests.
What is the maximum occupancy of the Event Space?
The Event Space has an occupancy limit of 120 guests.
What type of parties and events can be booked?
In the PRIVATE LOUNGE, we will permit bookings such as bachelor & bachelorette parties, small get-togethers, birthday parties, bridal showers, cocktail parties, anniversary celebrations, gender reveals, and corporate gatherings. If you have a question about a small event that is not listed here, please contact us.
In the EVENT STUDIO, we can host wedding ceremonies, receptions, holiday parties, corporate gatherings, seminars, bridal showers, cocktail parties, quinceñeras, birthday parties, dance parties, gender reveals, classes, prom & homecoming dances, fashion shows, award shows, and other special events. Is smoking allowed within the facility?
We do not allow smoking in the facility, per City of Houston ordinances and regulations. However, we do have smoking spaces outside.
For events held in your Event Space, will we have to bring our own equipment?
Calendars has two Bluetooth-powered speakers as well as a projector available; however, other equipment such as soundboards, additional speakers, special lighting, and stages & platforms will have to be provided by the renter. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
